Putnoe, Bedford

Matodesign Associates were instructed by joint clients who sought to gain outline permission to build a single dwelling in parts of the rear gardens of two 1960s dwellings in this suburban area of Bedford.  Given the limited size of the site it was a challenging project. An application for a contemporary two storey dwelling with on-site parking was designed and submitted to the local planning authority. The Council concluded that the proposal raised not harmful impacts and granted permission with conditions.
