Oakley, Bedfordshire

In 2011, Matodesign were asked to help with the redesign of an inter-war bungalow to create a two storey house together with the creation of an annexe and courtyard.  Planning permission was successfully obtained for both parts of the project. The modern designed annexe, located in the garden of the main house, provided valuable accommodation for an elderly relative.
